Today's energy is POWER. This is an energy of personal power. We are all being called upon to know that our bodies hold a center called the HEART. It stores the most potent power that we can harness on our present level. Spreading this thru the body would serve us abundantly and unconditionally. Those of a Spiritual bent can see it as a pillar of Golden white light coming into the body and harboring in the Heart Chakra, from where is is allowed to first root and then spread. this will help a beautiful transformation in the energy body. Stronger energy bodies are being called upon, NOW. 

The physical realm is talking about our physical body's power. Today is a good time to start with anything, no matter how little, to re connect you with the body. The re is a big chance what ever starts today on a physical level will thrive and grow multiple fold leading to great benefit. Be it a new job, a new exercise program, a new emotional or physical relationship, a new painting for an artist... and anything that requires you to add YOUR PERSONAL SELF to it. Remember the body is like a temple, today it is asking for its rightful attention. CELEBRATE THE WORSHIP!
