Today's energy is NAMES. When we name something we can identify with it over space and time. When we call the name the person will respond. We have power over when we name. That's the reason we name children so carefully and with a celebratory ritual. The power is the word and the energy it gives out. We can create just with the WORD, like God did. But this has been ill used by many and still bears an impact in our beings. Like in school or at home when we were called NAMES... fatty, shorty, drama queen, dodo, etc. These names still stay with us. Today we have the power to change the feeling of those words in our conscious and subconscious. The question is are we willing to have the courage to re-visit the feeling we have ATTACHED to them?

Can we spend a few minutes today just recalling all the names we were given and the names we gave? The meanings we attached to them and finally what became of them in our system. Lets take a few minutes and forgive ourself for having accepted them and people for having given them. Then forgive ourself for having given them and the other for having taken them. Bridge the gap between us and the other in our space of FORGIVENESS. If we find it in us, lets rename that feeling with a positive and loving word. 

Word has power no matter how small or simple it may be. Lets be AWARE of what comes out of our mouths from today on. To feel the love and healing we must make sure to be a source of it too. 

THOUGHT TO REMEMBER:

every word that come out of my mouth has a vibration and energy to it. I will use it wisely.

With Divine Grace and my Free Will I fill myself with the awareness of being, each word I utter.
