Today's energy is INTIMACY!

It's the most wonderful feeling to have! Sitting by the side of the one you love, holding hands, look into each others eyes, sharing your breath. Its what most of us want. Are there people who don't want it? But then it does not alway have to be with another person. Intimacy can also be with a pet or a book, a blanket! Have we truly considered this? 

Definition Time: 

1: a close, familiar, and deeply affectionate personal relationship.

How would you feel if you went thru life without any intimacy? But I do know of people who are afraid of it. They will do anything in their power to avoid even a single moment of it. There is so much to it... There are insecurities, fears, judgements, pressures, etc. These are people who will strip in a moment for a physical encounter, but tell them to cuddle after and they are freaking out. Its not always easy to be truly naked and show another your true self, your emotions, your heart and all that you hold as personal. Ok so one would ask, WHY do I need to do that? The same reason you need to breath. To bring every cell of your body alive. To share in the creation of love and peace in this world. Its not the only way... But its a BEAUTIFUL way. Start with being intimate with YOURSELF!
